Power Lifting Technique

Are you ready to truly test your strength? Powerlifting is hyper-focused on your max squat, bench & deadlift.

In this workshop, Amelia will go over how to train for strength, how to properly test your 1 rep max, how to warm up for strength lifts, and then go over techniques to improve your lifts. We will be doing all three exercises so come prepared to workout.

Back pain (apart from injury) is most always caused by misuse of muscles and can be improved with proper assessment, corrective exercise and strength training focus.

In this workshop, Alberto will go over the common causes of back pain, will assess every attendee and then talk about how to create new workout habits to help correct these issues.
