ABOUT SMALL GROUP TRAINING

At Level up, we offer more than just a place to workout! Our small group training model is designed to give you the same level of attention as in our private sessions. To do this, we are limiting groups to 6 people. The small group sessions will be structured to meet you where you are and help you build a strong foundation on lifts and movement stability. Our small group training will be designed to continually challenge your body implementing a variety of training methods, to help you avoid injury, and to achieve the best possible results from your weight training.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE GYM?

As of now, we intend to be open from 5am-10pm

HOW WILL I GAIN ACCESS TO THE GYM?

During staff hours, doors will be open. Non-staff hours, you will gain access through an app to unlock the door (within set hrs).

WHAT IS THE SMALL GROUP SCHEDULE?

We will provide the class schedule before the grand opening and you will be able to book them online.

WHAT ARE THE RULES AROUND SMALL GROUP SESSIONS?

The small group will take priority on any equipment needed while in session. Members may workout in the surrounding area where groups are in session.
