As someone who's been doing strength training for a while now, I can honestly say that it's one of the most rewarding things I've ever done for my body and mind. But that doesn't mean it's easy. In fact, there are many aspects of strength training that can be really challenging, both physically and mentally (who am I kidding, it always is).
